# IGO/IDO PLATFORM

Since the play-to-earn trend is getting heated by the growing number of gaming projects on blockchain platforms, the demand for funds is clear. As a result, the term IGO is formed, representing a new step for the fund-raising method.

Currently, it’s hard for gaming projects to be launched on centralized exchanges (CEXs) like Binance or Gate.io. Those projects are still new and in the development process, therefore the IGO platforms stand out to meet the demand.

Investors who are gamers prefer gaming projects to DeFi projects on the blockchain since they spent time playing and experiencing different video games. Therefore, the IGO platform is a favorable place for gamers to generate profits by participating in IGOs of gaming projects.

**IGO plays an important role in accelerating the blockchain-based gaming industry**.

The IGO platform will be a platform where Looters token holders are already whitelisted for any of the upcoming IGOs, where each user will be able to stake a certain amount of USDC against a certain amount of X tokens(Allocated for the IGO/IDO) the more the participants the lesser the amount of USDC staked and the rest will be returned to participant wallets. more information/ infographics to updated. This is a protocol that maximizes Transparency, price discovery, Whale control, participation and fair distribution of the IDO token launched. More in-depth information Will be released.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://shadow-looters.gitbook.io/shadow-looters-whitepaper-and-faq/igo-ido-platform.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
